Patient Tracking Software

This project combined custom development with responsive design to create a portable, flexible solution for managing residential patient care logs. It is adaptable for home care management, visiting nurse care, and non-medical home care.

Many resident facilities are still using paper and pen to track patient activities. Staff are required to check on residents and may need to monitor patients with special conditions or needs. Keeping a log for each patient is mandatory and can aid physicians in treatment.

The site was developed to provide an alternative to paper. It eliminates redundant entry of patient names and allows for log monitoring via a central server. Because it is responsive, a staff member could use any device to keep the log up to date
